Weathered Souls Brewery

Weathered Souls Brewery is a famous black owned brewery that started in Texas. Famous for its delicious  "Black is Beautiful" stout beer, this up and coming brewery has decided to make a new home in Charlotte, North Carolina. With their grand opening coming up November 2022, the idea was to create a rebrand for the brewery at their new home. Below is a branding guideline developed for the Carolina market with their current branding scheme playing a minor role in the development. Being from Texas, I wanted to make sure their south-western roots were still visible in this new brand guideline, while still creating something entirely new that would fit the brand that they have worked so hard to establish.
